What is your shipping policy?

DOMESTIC ORDERS:

Most orders are shipped via USPS within 1-2 business days, depending on product availability. 

Most orders are delivered within 7 business days from order's ship date.

 

All orders shipped domestically to the U.S at a flat rate of $5. This includes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other  U.S Territories

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

We offer flat rate price of $15, worldwide shipping. Any import duties, taxes or fees incurred must be paid by the customer.

What are the payment options?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal

What is your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions: 

- If your product(s) was damaged during transit.

- If you'd like to return or exchange your product(s).

- All eligible product(s) must be unopened and unused.

Returns

​

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

How do I make a return or exchange?

Please email info@clutchstyles.shop prior to returning or exchanging your product(s). Please provide your name, order number and reason for return or exchange. Once confirmed, you will be provided a return/exchange address. Customers are liable for all return/exchange shipping fees.
